Rosemary Cineole Essential Oil
Tonic, this oil is used in cases of fatigue, overwork, lack of concentration and is also known to accompany winter episodes. It also has revitalizing, purifying and balancing virtues.

Complete distillation by steam distillation

Precautions
- Do not use during pregnancy and breastfeeding, or in children under 6 years old.
- Not recommended for people at risk of epilepsy.
- Not recommended for asthmatics (especially for inhalation or diffusion).
- Favor cutaneous use or diffusion/inhalation, the oral route is less appropriate for this essential oil.
- May be irritating in high doses, always dilute well for cutaneous application.
- Avoid overdose and avoid prolonged use.
- Keep out of reach of children.
- Avoid contact with eyes.
Some natural compounds contained in this essential oil may present a risk of allergy in certain sensitive individuals when the essential oil is incorporated into a cosmetic composition: limonene and, to a lesser extent, linalool.
As a general rule, always do a test application of your preparation, in the crease of the elbow, at least 48 hours before using it.
