Lemongrass Essential Oil

Soothing, this oil is traditionally recommended to improve joint comfort, but also to calm insect bites. Its characteristic odor is widely known for its purifying and sanitizing effects.
 Process of obtaining
 Complete distillation by steam distillation
 Plant part used: Aerial parts. Botanical name: Cymbopogon winterianus Jowitt, Botanical family Poaceae
 Precautions
 Do not use during the first 3 months of pregnancy.
 Possible skin irritation; always use diluted on the skin.
 Keep out of reach of children.
 Avoid contact with eyes.
 Some natural compounds contained in this essential oil may present a risk of allergy in certain sensitive individuals when the essential oil is incorporated into a cosmetic composition: geraniol, citronellol, limonene, eugenol, linalool, citral (geranial and neral).
 As a general rule, always do a test application of your preparation, in the crease of the elbow, at least 48 hours before using it.
